No-time-limit satisfaction guarantee

Our no-time-limit satisfaction guarantee applies to online purchases made through www.hairrestoreadvanced.com.au. You may use Hair Restore Advanced for 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or even 12 months. If you are not satisfied with the products or your results, contact us to request a refund of the product purchase price. Original shipping costs are excluded.

Call 1300 944 438, email info@hairrestoreadvanced.com.au, or use our contact page. We may ask you to complete a short feedback form so we can understand your experience. You do not need to return the products or packaging. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 14 days after we receive the required information.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Keep the product and packaging while we assess the issue, as we may request photographs or other information. We will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate remedy.
